- We're looking for a FULL TIME Learning & Development Manager to join our client's rewarding company in Salisbury._
- This is a Permanent role due to start in November. IDEAL for anyone residing in Salisbury & surrounding areas _
- Up to £35,000 depending on experience _

**What you will be doing in your daily duties**
- To manage the L&D team of two L&D Coordinators
- Deliver L&D strategies to the company Lead and roll them out from start to finish, from training needs analysis, roll out of learning interventions and evaluation
- Ensure that all L&D activities, including courses, resources, qualifications, online learning etc meet the business needs and are planned, commissioned and delivered in line with clear organisational needs
- Lead your own effective and cost-effective learning interventions
- Lead on the design, delivery and commissioning of leadership and management programmes
- Manage and promote effective use of the iLearn learning management system

**To be successful in this role the attributes you'll have**
- professional, proactive, progressive
- Undertake a full DBS check
- Be willing to travel to different locations of the business if required
