**Full-time - Vehicle Preparation Specialist **based at **The Range Rover Studio** at **Solihull.** Employer The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long-term agreement to provide resource at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience, (JLRE), centres. **The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.** Department Within Jaguar Land Rover Experience, we have an obligation and a need to provide the customers with a modern luxury service as part of their purchase experience with Jaguar Land Rover. This role will feed in directly to the Range Rover Studio management structure, providing a dynamic and demanding support role in ensuring each customer vehicle fulfils Jaguar Land Rovers Modern Luxury promise to their customers. Key Responsibilities "To have the right vehicle, at the right place, at the right time" - Coordination of customer vehicles planned to be collected directly from the JLR Solihull factory using the Fleet Management System, VISTA 2, D42, Pipeline and other Jaguar Land Rover systems. - Responsible for handover vehicle tracker and updates, this process manages the timeline of all hand over vehicles. - Progress chase vehicles through the build sequence and monitor progress, to enable a seamless vehicle hand over to the customer. - Interface with Central Fleet Control, Manufacturing, SVO & MVO on vehicle holds within build and progress accordingly. - Work alongside PDI workshop in coordinating all vehicle work requirements found from the WCPA audit in pressured environments, and within the time frame for the customer hand over. - Planning of all vehicles through PDI workshop and accessory fitments. - Management of the vehicle Valet process for all fleet and Customer cars. - General fleet administration including bookings, reporting and comply with file management processes. - Adhere to LR policies on OUV vehicle replenishments & timings. - Assist in all overall departmental budgets & spends with Fleet Manager. - Develop and follow through on Fleet projects, make necessary adjustments as required by the business trends. - Support planning of UK based transport requirements where required with the central fleet office. - Support any other departmental role as requested via departmental manager. Skills, experience and qualifications required - A process led person, organisational skills with great attention to detail is required. - Proficient PC Skills in Word, Excel (high level, Gant charts, V-Lookup), Outlook mail and Documents. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with a variety of levels of management. - Self-motivating, and a team player, with the ability to work with minimum supervision. - Flexible working hours to fit in with customer demands. - Must have full UK driving licence. - Travel between sites may be required. This role requires the employee(s) to drive Jaguar Land Rover fleet vehicles.
