**Position**:

- Ensure our customers are aware of the risks of gambling and that they’re protected from those risks
- Proactively review player data ensuring that all required reports are investigated to identify and highlight player safety triggers, recommending and taking appropriate action
- Diligently monitor player activity making assessment and taking action on changes in player behaviour
- Liaise daily with customers who have gambling-related problems or are at risk of gambling-related harms
- Work closely within the Compliance department on projects and cases
- Collaborations across the business to ensure Compliance is at the forefront of all operations
- Assisting in ad-hoc compliance related activities as and when required

**Requirements**:

- An understanding of social responsibility code and problem gambling indicators
- An understanding of Customer Due Diligence
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn, and keep abreast of gaming regulation and requirements
- High level of computer proficiency, including experience with Excel
- Strong research and monitoring skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Team player with an energetic, pro-active and fresh outlook
