**Marketing Assistant (Content Creation)**
- Salary: £26,000 Negotiable DOE

Frankie + Lola’s is expanding, and we need a dynamic, detail-oriented, and energetic Marketing Assistant to help lead the charge in making Frankie + Lola’s a household name and building our community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Creation_
- Develop and produce high-quality image and video content for various marketing channels, primarily social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Brainstorm and generate new content ideas that align with brand voice and marketing objectives, keeping current trends and news in our industry and community in mind.
- Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using modern design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite, this could include creating graphics, editing videos, touching up photography.
- Content Management_
- Lead the content creation process, from conception through production to publishing.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to content calendars.
- Community Engagement_
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends to identify and act on opportunities.
- Research and Analysis_
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content strategies.
- Administrative Support_
- Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing marketing materials, maintaining content libraries, and coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
- Support the senior management team and local venue teams in various projects and initiatives as needed.

- Social Media Savvy_
- You live and breathe social media and know how to create compelling content that will grab the attention of our audience.
- You are personally interested in maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the world of social media content marketing because you have your own social media following that you nurture and build, utilizing the same skills and passion you will bring to this role.
- Results-Oriented Mindset_
- You understand that while creating engaging and visually appealing content is important, the ultimate goal is to drive business growth and generate revenue and footfall. You have a business acumen that focuses on producing content that not only attracts attention but also aligns with our business objectives and drives measurable results.
- Skills and Experience_
- You have a strong eye for detail and an intuitive grasp of what goes into making compelling and enjoyable content.
- Strong grasp of the English language with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Proven experience in content creation in a marketing or digital media environment, with a track record of building an engaged audience through effective content creation.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and SEO is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Personality_
- You are comfortable appearing on camera and narrating videos, you possess a relaxed and approachable demeanour that invites the audience to connect with you as a representative of the brand.

**Work Environment**
- You will be based in Frankie + Lola’s Walsall.
- Regular travel will be required for events, meetings, and to facilitate marketing tasks and projects across our four venues (Walsall, Liverpool, Burnley, and Inverness).
- Equipment: budget is available for procuring required equipment and tools, as needed.
