Have you worked or working in the Arb or Forestry industry and looking for a change in career direction? We are looking to add industry experts to our team to assist customers in the shop, online and on the phone. Experience in the industry is essential to this role. We are looking for the following skills and experience. - Trained in arboriculture/forestry - Customer service - General level of computer competency (further training will be given) - Positive attitude and self motivated - Keen to bring new ideas to a successful family business - Sales background would be advantageous **Key Responsibilities** - Help and advise industry users and domestic customers to make the best purchase for the tasks to be undertaken - Answer the phone and deal with queries to encourage sales - Assist with online orders, picking stock and supporting all departments within the business to increase sales - General retail duties inc stock replenishment and stockroom when required - Support the team with industry expertise/knowledge - Provide quotations for a wide customer base - Work with the team, demonstrate an energetic "get stuff done" approach to work **Benefits** - Competitive Salary - negotiable based on experience - NEST pension - Employee Discount - Emergency Family Leave - 24 days leave PLUS Bank holidays and Christmas - Business closes for Christmas **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekend availability Work Location: One location
