**About Our Client**:

**The Key Responsibilities for the Trade Marketing Executive role include**:

- Collaborating closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, Account Managers, and Retailer marketing/commercial teams to implement trade marketing plans, elevating brand visibility and increasing sales in selected retailers.
- Managing product listings and brand presentation for selected retail accounts, ensuring an optimal online/offline shopping experience, and performing regular audits for content accuracy.
- Coordinating with external design agencies to produce digital and in-store materials aligned with retailer requirements.
- Briefing and managing external creative and design agencies to deliver marketing, communication, and POS materials, as well as organising their distribution to selected retailers to enhance promotional offers and brand messaging.
- Executing promotional activities and brand campaigns to support the sales promotional plan, ensuring media activities align with pre-agreed plans.
- Involvement in the product setup process, collaborating with the Product Management team and TMM to ensure timely delivery of assets and information to retailers for seamless product launches.
- Supporting the management of our dedicated field team through a third-party agency, generating campaign insights and providing regular internal performance analysis.
- Organising and coordinating trade events to meet the needs of accounts.
- Conducting in-store merchandising audits and mystery shopping campaigns to assess store brand and product knowledge and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address issues outlined in the audits.
- Focusing on measuring marketing's impact, ROI, and the ability to synthesize findings.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2 years of marketing experience is preferred.
- A degree or equivalent educational background.
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or trade/retail marketing is desirable.
- Strong project management and organisational skills to deliver campaigns/materials on time and within budget.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with external agencies to deliver marketing communication materials.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other department functions and agency management.
- A commercially astute marketer with the ability to provide structured analysis, reporting, and ROI on activities.
