**Salary**: up to £45,000 including bonus to 10% + Package

We’re recruiting for an exciting new role due to the growth of our client’s business - The role is a Senior Ecommerce Trading Executive or Online Trading Manager.

We are searching for someone with a trading mindset and experience in eCommerce (Client or Agency side).

You will effectively be the Business/Store Manager for everything online, running one our clients’ brands Ecommerce channel with the support of your Marketing Execs and wider stakeholders - Stock Analysis, Merchandising, Content, User Experience, Data Analysis,Managing relationships with the wider performance Marketing teams as well as buyers, merchandisers, logistics and the wider business.

From a skills perspective, we’re looking for experience of the following;
- Previous online marketing
- Data, Analysis & Performance Management
- CRO
- Performance Marketing (PPC, SEO, Socials, Direct Mail, OTP) [You will work with the Performance Marketing team who have skills and resource in these areas, however it is key to have a good understanding]
- Develop and manage site trading calendars / Promotions
- UX (User Experience / Customer Journey Management)
- Online Merchandising
- Have a track record of improving online sales performance, conversion, UPT, AOV, and minimising customer drop-off
