Employee Communications Manager - Staines/Hybrid - 12 months - £145 PAYE **Responsibilities**: - Help design and execute employee engagement events and experiences that bring employees together in new and engaging ways - Execute on and develop the EMEA employee communications strategy to keep employees informed and excited by company initiatives and updates in a relevant and engaging way - Develop and implement thoughtful communications that enhance company purpose and cultural work - Produce creative, relevant content rooted in company strategy and priorities, continually experimenting to drive engagement and impact, across written, visual and in-person mediums - Localise and deploy global programmes through regional employee communication campaigns to educate, inform and excite business partners and employees - Partner closely with colleagues to align internal and external messages, giving consistency across channels and audiences - Employ measurement tools, analyse insights and recommend ways to drive continuous improvement.
