A prestigious and highly private country estate in the UK is seeking a small number of **experienced service professionals** to join its dedicated household team. These are **permanent land-based positions** offering an exciting next step for those with a background in **private service, luxury hospitality, or yacht stewardessing**.

With accommodation available for the first few months, this is an excellent opportunity for yacht crew looking to transition ashore into a long-term lifestyle role without sacrificing the standards, pace, and professionalism they’re used to at sea.

**About the Roles**:
We are looking for both **junior and senior service team members** to deliver exceptional standards across all aspects of daily service — from formal dining to relaxed family occasions — within a refined, fast-paced household environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering day-to-day service operations for formal and informal occasions
- Personally preparing and serving meals (including breakfast) as required
- Managing provisions, stock, and inventories (including dry stores and wine)
- Ensuring the highest standards of presentation, discretion, and professionalism
- Liaising closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Supporting and, where senior, training junior team members
- Background in private service, luxury hospitality, or yacht crew service
- Confident in service etiquette and wine knowledge
- Highly discreet, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with flexible schedules and busy periods (time off in lieu provided)
- Positive, team-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
