**Procurement & Contracts Administrator role**:
As part of the business administrator team you will be overseeing and liaising with external suppliers to procure and supply hardware, software and consumables as well as;
- The supervision of software Orders and management
- Arranging collections - Kit returns from sites / crates
- Asset Management, Adding, On Hiring and Off Hiring
- Arranging and Tracking Hardware Deliveries
- Process Warranty call outs and replacements
- Process Mobile & Tablet requests, Manage Mobiles Database
- Process Invoices and Internal Charge Notes
- Process New starters and leavers
- Review Service Desk Calls

**Your profile**:

- Self-motivation
- High attention to detail and a keen emphasis on accuracy
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- An understanding and working knowledge of information technology and Windows computer systems as well as admin skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in the procurement and supply chain management
- Experience of quotation, order creation, delivery tracking and invoice processes
