**The role**:The graduate inside sales executive will work in a role based around the combination of new and existing business, being offered huge support to get up and running as you chase a promotion within year 1.

Your time will be split 50/50 between sourcing new business & working with pre-existing client, looking to manage and increase relationships.

There will be a variety of progression routes available, such as the opportunity to move into a client-facing field sales role, or an internal leadership position.

**We are seeking applicants that can offer the following**:

- The ability to communicate confidently with a range of individuals, often in new and potentially daunting situations
- Someone with a generic interest in the gym / health area
- A target-driven, money motivated individual that has clear goals and aspirations within their personal life
- An enthusiastic self-starter that always brings positive energy to a team
- £26,000 basic salary
- £12k commission target in Y1 (this is uncapped)
