**VisionFR** is excited to be helping a leading international communications agency with offices in London and New York find a qualified **Group Finance Manager**. This is a terrific opportunity for a Finance Manager looking to further their knowledge and grow in a highly creative environment. The **Group Finance Manager**will run the day to day of the finance function. They are a vibrant agency and love what they do.

Key Responsibilities of the **Group Finance Manager**:

- Preparation and/or review of monthly management accounts for a number of Group entities;
- Preparation of monthly consolidation
- Preparation of the Group Board Pack;
- Preparation or review of all budgets and forecasts for a number of 'tradingentities’ within the group and review of the purchase and sales ledger processes across these entities;
- Initial oversight of WIP, debtors, accrued and deferred income across these 'tradingentities’;
- Responsible for holding meetings with directors of group entities to fulfil key responsibilities (i.e. budget preparation, GP tracker maintenance, client billings etc);
- Coordination and review of payroll for three of the group entities;
- Preparation or review of cash forecasting and gross profit trackers for the group entities;
- Review of payment runs;
- Preparation of all documentation for annual audit;
- Making recommendations to efficiencies;
- Support the Group FC and finance team on the delivery of ad hoc requests and information;
- Coach, mentor and manage two junior direct reports
- First point of contact for the twice annual performance review

Skills and qualifications of the **Group Finance Manager**:

- Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified (1/2 years + PQE)
- Strong financial accounting background
- Strong technical accounting experience
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Great attention to details
- Must be a confident communicator
- Previous experience in a creative/media or similar business
