Based in our Holywood Head Office, we have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Energystore team and support the accounts and heating departments.

If you have strong organizational, planning and time management skills and an eye for detail, this may be the role for you. As a first point of contact for customers you will be a positive and professional communicator who has a good working knowledge of computer packages including Word and Outlook and particularly Excel. You will have a good level of knowledge on spreadsheets and using formulae.

You will organise all paperwork, and invoice all jobs using **_SAGE 200_** accounts package.

Key Responsibilities
- Workbook diary
- Job sheets
- Surveying appointments
- Scheme facilitations spreadsheets and paperwork
- Processing payments over the telephone
- Creating and tracking purchase orders
- Telephone and switchboard duties
