**Hours**: Full Time (37.5 hours) or Part Time on a job share basis
**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,500, plus you can expect great company benefits which include pension and medical benefits.

**Job brief**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our HR Team, at our friendly office in Penrith, Cumbria. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for recruitment co-ordination and administration across all employee, leader and volunteer roles across HF Holidays.
**The roles’ responsibilities** include but not limited to:
- Provide effective and efficient administration support to the resourcing activities for HF Holidays
- Reviewing job descriptions to ensure they are aligned to our values
- Creating job advertisement to be published both internally and externally
- Conduct initial telephone interviews with leaders and volunteers
- Organise recruitment assessment, managing a team of assessors to ensure they assess new leaders and volunteers consistently.
- To review the market and keep a track of relevant job boards, meeting with and understanding costings to share with the Resourcing Manager
- To work with the Resourcing Manager to understand the resourcing challenges across HF Holidays.
- Keep up to date with the employment market gaining a deep understanding of trends and talent shortages
- Use social networking and engagement to attract the passive job market.
**Essential requirements**:
- Previous experience of recruitment administration / coordination
- Ideally experience of working in the Travel Industry and / or recruiting volunteers
- Attention to detail, accurate when working under pressure and to deadlines
