**The Role**:
As an Arboricultural Surveyor you will be part of a larger team delivering detailed survey and consent for our utility clients. Working individually and as part of a larger team you will carry out your role to the highest standards ensuring personal safety and contract compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Arranging meetings with customers to assess their requests
- Answering questions from the client call centre
- Dealing with complaints arising from survey and cutting work
- Surveying Maintenance and revisit work
- Surveying across multiple voltages
**Skills & Experience**:
- Unit 5 qualification in Arboriculture Surveying
- Driving licence
- Minimum 5 years in the Utilities Industry
- Be able to work remotely and self-motivated to complete difficult tasks.
- Have good IT skills and be familiar with EXCEL and use of Microsoft word
- Good communication skills and be able to work with the public.
- Good problem-solving skills.
