**Job Summary**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage job adverts on various platforms
- Conducting screening checks, in line with legislation
- Accurate data input and validation of hours for payroll
- Deal with any wage discrepancies
- Handling administrative processes such as holiday and other absences
- Managing social media content
- Creating client invoices and follow-up late payments
- On occasion you may be required to visit site locations and attend client meetings
- Working closely with the business owners on the wider group businesses

**Requirements**:

- Previous recruitment experience is essential, preferably from the recruitment industry
- Experience of marketing, managing recruitment campaigns and social media
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Full UK Driving License

Fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing recruitment agency, LPS Personnel Solutions provide temporary recruitment to the construction industry including specialist cleaning and labourers.

This is an exciting varied role and is not solely recruitment based, so please read the job description carefully.

**Job Type**: Full time flexible arrangements available / permanent

**Location**: Working from home / adhoc travel required

**Salary**: £28k p/a

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
