**CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR**
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills to join our friendly, motivated, growing global team at our location in Mirfield.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Sales function is responsible for providing the lead on customer service, sales delivery, growth and development and marketing Incora to the aerospace and defence markets.
The role of the Customer Service Coordinator is to receive and process customer enquiries relating to customer purchase orders placed, maintaining and developing relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided at all times.
Duties include:
- To maintain key internal relationships within function and across function to exchange data and customer information.
- To maintain, develop and grow key external relationships with customers and to exchange data and information on delivery performance
- Processing customer sales orders and proactively managing customer order books.
- Accountable for customer service delivery post order and the accuracy and timely recording of associated data.
**ABOUT YOU**
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment to produce positive results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on Customer Service
- Good numerical proficiency
- An ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience of working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word, Power Point and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) as required
- An eye for maintaining clear and accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting skills, as required
- The customer at the heart of everything you do
- A drive for results
- Knowledge and understanding of KPI based monitoring system (desirable)
- Knowledge of AS400 system/environment (desirable)
