The opportunity here is for a Head of Finance that will take on the management of the day to day financial processes as well as present weekly commercial figures to the board and Business Partner with multiple stakeholders across the business. As such yourpresentation and communication capabilities will be to a high standard and as the business is in the process of upgrading their ERP package, it would be highly desirable if you have seen an organisation through systems change.

Duties will include:

- Management of financial processes and procedures for both the UK and US
- Cash flow forecasting to include 12 week rolling forecast
- Act as a main point of contact and support for the implementation of a new ERP system
- Sales and margin analysis preparation and presentation
- Management of the Foreign Exchange to include exposures and hedging requirements
- Management of the stock control process
- Management of the Payroll process for both the UK and US
- Look to improve and standardise financial processes across the finance function and organisation
- Coach, mentor, support and develop members of the finance function

To be suitable for this opportunity, you will be a qualified Accountant, holding a recognised accounting qualification through the likes of ACA, ACCA or CIMA and have practical experience of managing a finance team. You will have the ability to partner withmultiple stakeholders across a business, representing finance to a high level and providing concise financial information in an understandable format. This is a very operational position where you will have exposure across an organisation, as such you willbe energetic, enthusiastic and proactive in your approach to making a difference within the business.
