We are looking for **Plot Data Administrators** who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

**This is a fixed term 12 month contract**

**As the Plot Data Administrator your key responsibilities are**
- To take corrective action to fix instances of crossed meters, ensuring customer bills are brought up to date and are accurate
- Identify inconsistencies in plot, address, and meter data to ensure customer and asset data is up to date and accurate
- Obtain correct customer, plot, address, and meter data by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to allow records to be updated
- Create a detailed log of inconsistencies and corrections to be raised to both Billing Team and ICT Team
- Communicate with affected customers and internal stakeholders

**About you**
- Experience of working with customers or members of the public
- Experience in working with data
- Confident in using Microsoft packages including Excel
- Well-developed organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail, with strong written and communication skills
