**Job Title: Sales Order Pocessing Adminitrator**
**Location: Heywood, OL10 2JF**
**Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm**
**The Role**:
Processing customer orders online & ensuring delivery schedules are met.
Maintaining customer accounts by recording account information and transactions.
Resolving customer queries
Contribute to team effort and assist other colleagues as and where necessary, communicate with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing.
Build sustainable relationships through clear, open and interactive communication.
Filing orders, picking notes etc each day plus other office duties such as laminating, shredding etc.
Deal with customer returns, testing for electrical faults and damage to items and generating the paperwork to allow credits to be issued. Full training will be provided.
Learning about the products to enable a better understanding of your role and showing customers round the showroom using your product knowledge to guide them in their choices.
**The primary purpose of the role is to provide a first class service to our customers**.
**Required Experience/Desired Qualities:

- **Experience in office based sales order processing of goods in a B2B business, customer queries and complaints in a fast paced office environment is essential**
Proven customer support experience within an office environment.
Effective communication skills - you must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing and must possess an excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Ability to effectively work with a team.
Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise.
Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines.
Smart thinker/thinking outside the box - you should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers.
Must be highly motivated.
Possess a sound knowledge on how to use a windows based computer system and Microsoft office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
**Salary**: £6.56-£10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
