**Sales Executive**

**Location: Heywood**

**Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 (plus commission)**

**WILL INCLUDE X2 SATURDAY MORNINGS PER MONTH**

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and driven people - willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic customer facing role.
**THE ROLE**
The position of Sales Executive will consist of the following:
Invoicing, processing purchase orders.
- Interpret customer requirements from verbal/written information and drawings, and create and produce accurate estimates for a variety of products
- Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner and update clients/practices as needed
- Taking and processing payments
- Following up past estimates and enquiries
- Booking deliveries, quoting on carriage charges
- Interacting with manager and carrying out their requests
- Undertaking all administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the team have adequate support to work efficiently
- Attending occasional trade shows
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Computer literacy with good typing skills (desirable)
- Grades A-C in Maths and English (desirable)
- Good telephone manner
- Good work ethic, taking pride in your work
- Highly organised
- Flexible approach and friendly personality
- Punctual and with good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
- Ability to use Quickbooks would be a bonus but not essential

**THE PACKAGE**
- Starting salary of £21,000 - £26,000 per year - based on experience
Pension scheme
- 28 days annual holiday (including Bank Holiday & 5 days compulsory over Christmas period) PLUS additional holidays for Saturday mornings worked
- Continuous training and support
- Working hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and two Saturdays a month 9am-1pm
