About the Team:
Our Strategic Alliances and Partnerships team works at the intersection of business strategy and market expansion. We build high-impact relationships with partners across the ecosystem to accelerate growth, broaden reach, and enhance the value we bring to our clients. You'll join a collaborative, high-performing environment within a globally recognised data and analytics leader.

About the Role:
As Director of Sales, EMEA Alliances, you will own and execute the UK Partner & Alliance strategy for our Business Services vertical. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships that support revenue growth and drive long-term value through indirect channels. You'll lead key partner negotiations, collaborate across internal functions, and play a visible role in shaping market execution.

What We’re Looking For:
- Identify, secure, and grow strategic partner relationships aligned to LNRS commercial and go-to-market objectives.- Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle—from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and long-term growth management.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure successful partner delivery.- Monitor partner performance, ensure mutual value creation, and drive continued engagement.- Represent LNRS in relevant industry networks and evaluate emerging opportunities, including M&A.

Qualifications:
- Proven success in building and managing strategic alliances or partner channels, ideally within data, SaaS, or financial services.- Track record of delivering seven-figure revenue through complex commercial relationships.- Strong negotiation skills, with experience managing legal and commercial terms.- Strategic mindset with the ability to align partner initiatives with business goals.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
