**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while actively listening to customer needs.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Purchase order entry, followup, submission of invoices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- A proactive approach to upselling products or services based on customer needs.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
