**Insurance Industry Consultant**
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, who are a market leading consultancy within the Insurance sector. We are seeking a talented individual to support and improve processes across functions such as product management, underwriting, sales & distribution,customer servicing, claims management, etc.
We are looking for an expert within the Insurance sector who can consult with the business and collaborate with technology SMEs to understand and resolve needs, problems and challenges.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct workshops with client's business & technology SMEs / leadership to understand their needs/problems/challenges
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop solutions to address customer's needs / problems / pain-points and present the same to clients
- Create point of views on trending topics that are of interest to insurers
- Create assets/accelerators/frameworks that can leveraged in consulting engagements
- Experience in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements
- Experienced in documenting inclusive of business use cases, process flows, data flows, etc.
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings and presentations with clients
- Lead review sessions for completed business/functional requirements with key business users - ensuring consensus gaining and final business approval
- Ensure that proposed solutions are focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes and are consistent across products where possible
- Agile projects with user stories, defect management experience using JIRA tool - will be an added advantage

**Experience Required;**:

- Industry/domain experience: life insurance, retirement/annuity/pension, health insurance, non-life insurance, reinsurance or broking
- Operational and/or technology experience would be an advantage
- Experience in working with insurers' technology & business SMEs
- Strong client communication, interpersonal, problem-solving & consultative mindset
- Highly self-motivated, analytical and ambitious

**Package**:

- £85K - £115K (Dependent on experience)
- 100% remote working
