About the business They are a medium sized recruitment agency with multiple locations across the UK, specializing exclusively in the insurance sector, with an established client base including leading insurers, brokers, and underwriting agencies. Their reputation for excellence and deep industry knowledge has made them the go-to partner for insurance professionals and employers alike. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level insurance positions, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance sector Source high-calibre candidates through various channels including networking, headhunting, and referrals Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and aftercare Hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development Stay current with insurance industry trends and market movements Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within insurance or other financial services sectors Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding billing targets Strong network within the general insurance industry Excellent relationship building and networking abilities Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Commercial acumen and business development capabilities CRM proficiency and strong database management skills We Offer Competitive base salary £40,000 - £60,000 (higher for proven high achievers) Uncapped commission structure with OTE £80,000 - £120,000 Comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare Clear career progression path to principal consultant/team leader Regular training and development opportunities Modern office in central location Hybrid or fully remote working options available 30 days holiday a year Lots of tech and marketing support How to Apply If you're ready to take your recruitment career to the next level within this specialist market, please email or call Barrie Dewhirst at or call 07487508210 in the strictest confidence.
