Company Description
**Home Instead Cuffley** are currently seeking kind and compassionate Care Assistants in **Harlow** to provide non-medical care within their local community. You’ll be there to support each client to help enable and change their lives. We ensure each care call is a minimum of 1 Hour - allowing all our Care Pros to dedicate their attention to their client.

**Job Description**:
**What Does Care with Home Instead look like?**
- ** Personal Care** - We supporting our clients with their personal and intimate care in line with their care plan, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the client.
- ** Companionship** - A large part of what we do is companionship based care. We aim to ‘be there for them’ encourage participation and involvement in daily activities. We are communicative and engaging - ‘A problem shared is a problem halved’
- ** Home Help** - from helping with shopping and meal preparation to giving them a hand with the hoovering, ‘A clean place is a safe place.’

**Schedules on offer**:

- Daytime Shifts between** 0700 - 14:30**:

- Afternoon between** 14:30 - 19:00**:

- Evening between **19:00 - 21:30**

**(Alternate Weekend Availability Required)**

**Homecare Support Worker / Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carer / HCA / Community Care Worker / Domiciliary Care Worker / Health Care Assistant**

**Qualifications**:
***DRIVING LICENCE AND CAR REQUIRED**

***UK Residents Only - NO SPONSORSHIP***
- We seek responsive and dedicated Care Assistants, able to offer consistent and stable availability during the morning, afternoon or evening throughout the week.
- Available to work alternate weekends
- A confident people’s person capable of offering excellent person centred care
