**About the Role**

Located in Harlow, Essex this specialist Autism service provides eight adults with learning disabilities and additional complex needs in a supported living setting. This service is situated in a pleasant setting and includes eight self-contained one bedroomflats all on the ground floor.

The flats are surrounded by woodland and a security gate. There are also communal areas within the home including a kitchen, lounge area and garden. The team take a flexible, person centred approach supporting individuals to fulfil their goals and aspirationsat their own pace. There is a focus on supporting greater independence and helping people develop daily living, social and life skills.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shoppingand domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
