We are now looking for a talented and experienced admin support that shares the same vision as us.

We are well established, plumbing & heating firm who has built an outstanding reputation within the community.
You will be a key part of a small vibrant team, responsible managing all necessary daily tasks to enable a seamless experience for our large client portfolio and have the ability to learn and implement new information in an efficient manner.
**The Role**:
- You will be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers looking to have a new boiler installed or serviced
- Working with information supplied by lead generation firms (Boiler Guide, Leads2Trade), social media and recommendations you will be responsible for setting up appointments for surveyors and engineers, sending links for photo surveys, keeping track of meetings
- The management of the engineers’ diaries, scheduling appointments and following up open jobs until completion to ensure smooth operation
- You will be using our CRM software to track appointments and keep customer information updated
- The generation and dissemination of quotations, sales orders and invoicing.

**Skills**:
- Be fully competent on a computer and familiar MS Software
- Calm and confident telephone manner, approachable with the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people
- Be reliable, professional and punctual
- Have previous experience in office management, customer service and working in an organised manner
- Positive “can do” attitude.
- Sales background would be advantage
- Plumbing & Heating background would be advantage

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Plymouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- trade: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
**Location**:
- Plymouth (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Plymouth
