Cook/chef - 4 Days Per Week

**TQR Exeter are working in partnership with a high end rural luxury lodge park in the beautiful Devon countryside and hiring a permanent, part time Cook to join their bistro team on a 24 hour contract that consists of 4 days per week.**
**This exciting new position would suit someone looking to start their chef career or is wanting to take a step back from the hussle and bussle of busy kitchens.**

**As a Cook, you will be required to**:
- Cook Pizza's and Burgers from fresh off a small menu
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Recommend ideas for specials or seasonal dishes
- Handle multiple food orders and getting them to the customer in a timely manner
- Labelling & storing all food properly
- Sanitising and cleaning work stations and utensils
- Assisting with preparation as and when needed and cleaning down at the end of the shift
- Previous experience cooking from scratch
- The drive to succeed and to learn
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene or willing to undergo one (costs will be covered)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Good high standards of food hygiene and sanitation
- Access to own transport due to location
