As one of our Customer Service Apprentices you will be responsible for onboarding high value clients. You will be stepping into an exciting role with more choice around the skills you choose to develop, giving you more opportunities to shape your day-to-day. This could also include interacting with our customers through non-voice channels such as web and mobile chat, supported with full comprehensive training.

**Proposed Responsibilities**:
- Primary point of contact for customers and clients, you will need to listen, probe and analyse feedback to determine the underlying needs of the customer
- Prompt resolution of issues and challenges, taking full responsibility to ensure that all enquiries are resolved within agreed timescales
- Effectively empathising with customers and handling objections and queries confidently to allay any concerns.
- Maintaining accurate client records and complying with regulatory requirements on all matters
- Adhering to processes and procedures all service related matters and escalating upwards as appropriate
- Contribute towards projects designed to improve the service offered by the business
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**What training will you receive and what qualification will you get at the end?**
This is a great opportunity to gain a Level 2, 3 or 4 Business Administration qualification whilst working within an exciting and growing business. Liquid Friday have a strong record of employing 100% of Apprentices who have successfully passed their Level 2 Business Qualification seeing many of our previous Apprentice’s moving into new and exciting roles; including, Payroll, Facilities Management, Finance & Marketing.
100% of apprentices have agreed to stay with Liquid Friday, some have been promoted into Senior roles within their teams. Others have requested to move into other areas of the business. Successes include Lewis, who is now Head of Payroll with a team of 10 and Dan, who is our Head of Marketing with a team a 3.
