**The role and responsibilities of** **a Systems Trainer**:

- Work closely with key client stakeholders to develop training plans as part of new/migrating system implementations.
- Develop, maintain and administer online e-learning content to support training.
- Provide the Operational teams with a point of contact for systems feedback.
- Evaluate the quality, impact and overall effectiveness of training to support continuous improvement for future iterations.
- Support quality improvement by coaching systems users on an individual basis where required, providing continuous feedback to identify and address key skills gaps.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that training scheduling and admin support requirements are covered.
- Take responsibility for resourcing considerations of delivering training to internal and external audiences in period of peak activity.
- Represent the training work-stream and its deliverables during implementation projects.
- Ensure that training/demonstration environments are populated with appropriate data to deliver training and demonstrations effectively.

**Skills and experience required to be a successful a System Trainer**:
Essential
- Experience of facilitation/training and/or delivering to large groups and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical and often complex information in a straightforward end user focused way.
- Highly customer focused with a solution orientated mindset evidenced by past performance.

Desirable
- A working knowledge of Employee Relations obtained in an HR role.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training material.
