**Customer Experience Advisor (Remote) - 39 Hours**

**Purpose of the role**
**Responsibilities**
- Facilitating order placement with customers by phone.
- Providing product and care information to customers.
- Processing of online gift card orders.
- Acting as a voice of the customer, providing feedback to senior Op/team leader.
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Essential_
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to customer contact and demand
- Team player and excellent communicator a must
- Comfortable working under pressure at busy times including peak etc.
