**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Soft Landscaper to join our expanding landscaping team. We’re looking for soft landscapers to carry out turfing and planting at sites across the North West. Tasks will include turfing and seeding to tree, hedge and shrub planting. You will be working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate power tools and hand tools to perform landscape maintenance tasks.
- Dig, plant, and irrigate gardens and landscapes, ensuring proper care for plants and soil.
- Build structures such as garden beds, retaining walls, and pathways.
- Maintain grounds by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and clearing debris.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Full, clean driving licence (essential)
- CSCS accreditation card
- Proven experience in soft landscaping or experience in another relevant field
- Knowledge of plant care and horticultural practices
- Proficiency in using power tools for outdoor work
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces
- A good awareness of health and safety regulations
- Horticulture knowledge
- Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
