We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the building, maintaining and communication of recipe creations and product administration in Food To Go and In Store Bakery for Blakemore Retail, and Blakemore Trade Partners. Located either in the West Midlands with regular travel to retail stores, other depots, etc.

**Some of the Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:
Own and manage all products in recipe builder. From the development specs 'create' and maintain the end product in system
Ensure all key stakeholders receive accurate product information
Technical - ingredient information, accurate weights, and measures for the creation of allergen and nutritional information
Food Coaches and Store Teams - accurate ingredient list and build information, including ingredient codes for the creation of playbooks
Marketing - accurate ingredient information and onward communication of allergens and nutritional's for POS and on pack communication which is now a legal requirement
If an ingredient is unavailable for a period of time or delisted research and propose to Buying Controller appropriate substitute and then follow the full communication loop with stakeholders to ensure all legal requirements and process documents are up to date and accurate
Create an online sharepoint of product specs by FTG range as a central repository for all information for each of the FTG brands (Playbooks, SELS, Labels etc)
To develop a relationship with key supplier development and/or technical teams so can be key point of contact for any allergen or noncompliance queries

Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 40hrs p/w Full time

**Salary**: c £25k p/a - depending on experience
