**Daytime LIVE IN Home Carer, **with Minster Home Care
**Location**: Ripon, Yorkshire

This role consists of providing personal care and companionship services to a client in the Ripon.

As a Live in Carer you will work with specific clients and develop a professional bond with the client and their family, which is an extremely rewarding and vital role to maintain a clients independence.

**The shifts available for this role are;**
**3 weeks Live-in Daytime Care, and 1 week off**

- **Very rewarding role**, by helping people stay in their own home
- **Daytime care only**, starting morning and finishing in the evening
- **Full time role**:

- **No experience necessary** (paid training provided and shadowing support from a colleague when you start)
- **45 pence** per business mile for every mile travelled, paid weekly
- **Free vehicle MOT **inspection for drivers**, **or a **free bicycle service** for cyclists
- **Contract of employment with company pension and 5.6 weeks annual leave **(pro-rata)
- **Refer a friend **scheme

**What does working as a Live In Carer involve?**
- Providing **Personal Care & Companionship services**:

- **Helping clients in and out of bed**:

- Supporting clients with **hobbies and activities**:

- Providing a range of **non-medical services**

**What happens when I start working at Minster Home Care?**
Before you meet any of our clients, you will attend an induction at our office and a moving and handling training course. **You are paid for all training**.
After this, you will shadow a colleague so that you become comfortable and settle into your new role. As the business grows, there are often great opportunities to develop your career with various NVQ courses and accreditations available. **All you need is a caring nature and a positive attitude**
