**Duties will include**:

- Day to day co-ordinating of Highway Permitting Scheme.
- Communicating with all parties and subcontractors to ascertain timing of works
- Working on client’s internal portal to open & close permits of work as required
- Creating and manipulating MO- Excel spreadsheets
- Problem solving & troubleshooting
- Programming - daily, weekly & monthly

**Additional duties**:

- Answering main phone line in the office
- Additional duties in the office as required

**Skills and experience**:

- Analytical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of internal databases and Excel
- Good levels of computer literacy with experience of Microsoft office products.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Flexible, positive, & proactive with a can-do attitude.

Customer focused.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stafford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
