Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working on a retained basis with Middlesbrough College to appoint a Recruitment Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner

**Salary**: up to £32,199 pa (DOE) + exceptional benefits
Location: Middlesbrough
Hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday, 37h pw.

Main

**Responsibilities**:

- To work closely and collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partner Team on coordination of their recruitment process.
- Have a proactive approach to recruitment across all areas of the business.
- To create and manage recruitment initiatives across the group.
- Provide key internal stakeholders with real market insight and salary benchmarking.
- Manage and build relationships with key agencies and local education establishments.
- Ensure role profiles are in place for all roles and are fit for purpose.
- Create and manage all recruitment collateral i.e., adverts and recruitment briefs.
- Linking in with Marketing to maximise our Employer brand impact and increase response rates.
- Maximising their talent pool.
- Being the responsible contact for online advertising.
- Attend recruitment fairs and careers events.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
- To supervise and monitor the accurate processing of the Interim Application to Recruit (IAR) and the production of weekly reports.
- To coordinate and staff recruitment events.
- To always ensure that the company’s statutory duties in respect of employment legislation are enforced.
- To openly encourage cross-functional working within the Human Resources team, whilst exchanging and sharing good practice, to deliver outstanding client service and identifying any actions for improvements.
- To promote and develop an e-Human Resources model for all Human Resources functions, where possible.
- To support the HR team with other ad hoc duties and projects where required.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience of operating as a Recruitment Consultant, Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition.
- Sound judgement demonstrated by experience.
- Experience of working within recruitment or human resources.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload and completing tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Strong administrative skills, high attention to detail, able to work under pressure effectively and work flexibly responding to changing demands and priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
- Excellent knowledge of current UK Legislation.
