Our Head Offices are based within our own award winning 4-star Hotel CASA in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire and we have a newly expanded large Warehousing and Distribution unit in Clay Cross.

We have partnered with Learning Unlimited on a **Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer** apprenticeship
- offering you an opportunity to “learn and earn on the job” and real experience the business world within our large in-house marketing team.

**What to expect**:
This is a perfect role for someone looking to kickstart their career in marketing and communications with a leading organisation in the hospitality sector. Although the role will cover aspects of all channels, there will be a focus on digital marketing.

You will be completing a Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship which is expected to take approximately 18 months. As an apprentice, you will receive training to fulfil your daily tasks and be supported by your line manager and other members of the team.

This role will be working alongside the Head of Corporate Marketing, Digital & PR, and the Digital Performance Manager to continually improve digital platforms, user experience and content engagement.

**Main responsibilities and learning objectives include**:

- Contribute to the delivery of the strategic marketing activity
- Upload products and maintaining listings on our e-commerce platforms
- Assist the brand teams to create audiences for paid advertising opportunities
- Analysing engagement data
- Providing valuable digital support and insight to the Brand and Hotel teams
- Support and manage digital marketing materials using WordPress and Shopify platforms across multiple websites
- Publish, monitor and respond to editorial, creative or video content via website, social media/video sharing platforms
- Reporting on and evaluating search engine optimisation (SEO) performance, PPC campaigns and website source traffic, including monitoring specified budgets
- Maintain knowledge of key trends and industry innovations
- Support the Good Time In social media channel content and posting strategy
- Support the administration of marketing activities

**What we need from you**:

- **18 years old or over due to the nature of the role working on alcohol brands**
- A passion for marketing with a desire to pursue a career in digital marketing
- A keen curiosity and interest in user experience, digital innovation & analytics
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Hard working with a positive, can-do attitude
- Polite and friendly
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- **A Levels or A/S Levels would be preferred**:

- **Minimum: English and Maths GCSE at level 4 or above**
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel
- Some experience of HTML, Google & Meta products, web content management systems would be beneficial
