The Associate Director - Customer is responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, product development and customer outcomes and ultimately responsible for driving our customers to our different technologies, in the context of CTM’s overall business strategy and goals.

You’ll own and execute an ambitious product roadmap, aligning and motivating cross-functional teams to make decisions with data and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key to the role is the balance of strategic, tactical, technical and operational demands - identifying new areas of opportunity and innovation in the high-growth spaces of mobile and app, while managing the end-to-end iterative optimisation of products and services. Particular weight will be given to demonstrable experience of customer relationship management.

You’ll develop trust, integrity and credibility across the business by building relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders, establish clear product objectives and KPIs, and manage work to achieve them.

As a senior product leader, you’ll also work with your product colleagues to deliver continuous development of people and processes across the whole team, alongside line management of the mobile product management team and mentoring of other product managers in other areas.

You’ll have:

- In-depth experience of Salesforce and campaign automation
- A quantitative (pricing, performance marketing) background
- Financial services experience
- Great influencing skills, empowering others and thought leadership capabilities
- Highly experienced in making decisions using data and innovative ways to gather and understand it

- Line manage (area) product management team and mentor other members of the broader product team
