The aim of this role is to strengthen leadership across the division and to further develop and embed our services to deliver an inclusive, innovative and compassionate culture across the Trust. Enabling the ambitions of the NHS People Plan and implement the Trust new Trust Strategy and local People plan.

As the Associate Director of People Services you will bring a high level of energy, innovation, passion and accountability for the services you lead. You will be an experienced and qualified Workforce/OD practitioner and leader and have a track record of delivering professional, efficient services at pace. You will be committed to delivering services that are ambitious for improving staff and patient experience. Highly organised with strong leadership skills and values you will work with key stakeholders across the Trust to ensure excellent People Talent Well-being and OD.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £30.19-£35.86 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
