Rta Paralegal

My client is seeking an experienced RTA Paralegalto assist in their pre-litigation department.
The successful Paralegal will be managing their own caseload of personal injury and associated losses, from inception to the point that they are transferred to litigation.
You will be expected to:
Handle a caseload of Personal injury files
Use the MOJ Portal and manage relevant time limits
Resolve liability issues and assess prospects of success
Quantify claims and reaching an amicable settlement where possible
Assess medical evidence and determining any further steps to be taken
Demonstrate the ability in dealing with any technical arguments raised
Resolve liability issues, assessing prospects and where necessary preparing the matter for litigation
Create a good relationship between various institutions and maintain a good relationship with Clients
Have achieved qualifications in law such as a law degree
Have excellent written and oral communication, including a confident telephone manner
Have attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills and work ethics
Be capable of providing an excellent level of client care
Be able to work independently
Understand and comply with the SRA Code of Conduct
