We are now seeking a talented and dedicated Defendant EL/PL Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our dynamic team.As a Defendant EL/PL Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases involving employers' and public liability claims. You will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting investigations, and representing our clients in court. This role offers a unique chance to build your career and make a real impact within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolutionConducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clientsPreparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statementsNegotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessaryCollaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of casesKeeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulationsQualifications:Legal Executive / Claims Handler / Paralegal Lawyer with a minimum of 2 year experience in Personal Injury Litigation - preferably in defendant EL/PL, but will consider someone from a claimant and/or RTA backgroundStrong knowledge of relevant legislation and case lawExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsCommitment to delivering exceptional client serviceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus Excellent BenefitsHybrid / Flexible working arrangementsProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and inclusive work environmentOpportunities for career advancementContribution to pension schemePrivate healthcare optionsIf you are a talented Defendant EL/PL Legal Executive looking for an exciting opportunity with a top law firm in Bradford, then please apply now for immediate consideration
