**Recruitment & Training Administrator**

**Hours: Flexi part time 20+ hours Monday - Fri.**

We pride ourselves on offering all staff excellent accredited training opportunities to enable both career progression and personal development. In this pivotal role, you will be researching, developing, and implementing outstanding training for our agency staff and employees within Lily services.

Key Role and Responsibilities of the Recruitment Training Administrator:
**Recruitment**
- Administering recruitment paperwork and procedures
- Ensure all agency workers records are stored on our software platform
- Assist with employment reference requests, and the DBS process
- Support the Recruitment manager with any additional administration tasks

**Training**
- To maintain records for the training systems across the organisation.
- To research, source and develop training schedules across the services.
- Support teams in the implementation of new training events across the organisation.
- Carry out monthly checks on training compliance records making sure systems are up to date and accurately recorded on the company software and that all compliance and regulations have been complied with.
- Act as a point of contact for all training enquires
- Checking attendance with the trainers and managers
- To sign up staff on our e-learning platform and liaise with managers regarding new staff accounts.

**Skills You Need**:

- Excellent administration, strong organisational, record-keeping skills and attention to detail
- Some experience within HR/Recruitment
- Familiarity with training requirements
- Ability to articulate clearly and liaise effectively with staff, managers, and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to multitask without supervision with excellent time management skills
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality

This post requires the holder to undergo an Enhanced DBS clearance. We will also require a checkable employment history in line with our safer recruitment policy.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
