I am currently recruiting for a Logistics administrator for one of our clients in the Avonmouth area. The successful Logistics administrator will be supporting the Logistics coordinator with administrative tasks for the logistic processes and procedures. A fantastic salary of £30,000 pro rata. The role is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility for it to go permanent.

**The Company**:Our client produces high quality recycled plastics in pellet and flake every year, which are produced to tight specifications. Sustainability is at the heart of what they do. They work closely with manufacturers, brand owners ad retailers to develop materials that are fit for recycling.

**The Role**:Responsibilities include
- Provide support to the logistics coordinator in the delivery of the logistics procedures and processes
- Provide an effective administrative service to the logistics team
- Support the team in handling logistic issues of products coming in and out
- Raising PO’s, ensuring invoices are paid
- Manage all logistics and sales order entries
- Producing delivery notes
- Ad-hoc administrative report to the wider team as and when required

to work in a collaborative way. Must be skilled in the use of MS office products including Word,

Excel, PowerPoint. Experience working within a manufacturing/warehouse environment as an

administrator is essential.
- 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above
- Able to productively prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Demonstrable experience of data entry and reporting

**The Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- £30,000 pro rata
- 25 days holiday + banks pro rata
- 6 month FTC, could go permanent

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
