As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a big part in that by picking items for customer orders, ready for drivers to deliver. **We currently have shifts available on all shifts DAYS, NOONS & NIGHTS, both based around a 42.5 hour working week.**
As a Warehouse Operative with us here in Corby, you’ll enjoy:

- **Excellent and ongoing training.** As well as a full induction, we also offer forklift, first aid and other training to people with potential. Prove yourself and you could even train as a driver, to earn up to £42,000.
To join us as a Warehouse Operative, **experience isn’t needed**. More importantly, we ask for an eye for detail and the ability to understand and read English. You’ll also need to be comfortable working as part of a team in a chilled environment(we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm). We also offer a range of benefits that include free food, subsidised vending machines on site, and a permanent role with a market leader.
