At **Giavani Bathrooms**, we are a distributor of bathroom products, committed to delivering excellence across England. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented warehouse administrator to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the despatch of goods with couriers and carriers
- Communicate with the warehouse team to prepare products for shipment
- Maintain and update stock and warehouse records, including batch codes and stock movements, using our CRM system
- Ensure traceability of stock by tracking batch numbers
- Support warehouse operations with basic tasks such as packing and stock checks (approx. 25% of the role)
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to manage stock flow efficiently
- Prepare and print run sheets for next-day van loads
- Organise and despatch all outgoing deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in your work area and shared spaces

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to assist with light warehouse duties when needed
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Clear communicator with the ability to follow set processes and procedures
- Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse environment is an advantage
