_Atlantis Medical is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our client in South west London to assist and support their team in a community Hospital._

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and must have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Band 7 OT ( Adult/Older person rehabilitation )
- Location: South West of London
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date:On going
- Working Pattern: 22.5 hours a week over 3 days.

**The Job**:
Older People's Rehab inpatient service with managerial skills.

Patients are transferred from acute hospitals once medically stable for ongoing rehab in this large community hospital prior to discharge home.

Patients have a range of complex conditions associated with older age including falls, neurological conditions such as PD, post op rehabilitation, fractures, other medical problems and cognitive impairment and dementia. You will be providing occupationaltherapy assessment and intervention undertaking individual sessions, home visits aiming to maximise their independence for discharge home

**Requirements**:

- HCPC Registration.
- NHS experience is desirable.
- Atlantis can cover the cost of an enhanced DBS/ mandatory training, if not already in place._
