**Role Overview**:
As our broker marketing and communications consultant, you’ll be managing our broker facing marketing activities including tenders, broker benefits including training, event content and collateral and marketing activation.

For this hands-on role, you'll be working collaboratively and creatively to deliver first class marketing consultancy both internally and to our brokers. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're keen to gain experience across a range of marketing disciplines whilst working closely with the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a multi-tasker with strong prioritisation skills, you'll be responsible for managing FCA requirements, financial promotions and legal responsibilities to ensure compliance and regulatory needs are met for all marketing activity. Other duties will include:

- **Broker tenders**:

- project management and delivery of market leading tenders. You'll have ownership of the design, collation and craft of bespoke proposals that exceed client and broker expectations. You'll also manage an up-to-date toolkit of self-serve tender material and supporting information available to our distribution teams
- **Broker events - **support regional and national broker events by creating engaging, informative and on-brand event collateral
- **Broker benefits including training - **work with the wider team to deliver our broker proposition benefits including the Net Zero Accelerator and the Allianz Academy Programme
- **Strategic Partners marketing**- own marketing activation for this segment, working closely with the wider team to dovetail with wider segmentation activity and campaigns.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous marketing and communications experience
- Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, and good planning and project organisation skills
- A good understanding of offline, digital and social media marketing
- Confident stakeholder management
- Ability to multi-task to tight deadlines.

**Beneficial but not essential**:

- Familiarity working with design and creative agencies
- Salesforce experience
- Understanding of the commercial insurance market including brokers
- Educated to degree level and/or CIM qualification
- Vocational qualifications related to marketing, business studies or CII qualifications.
