In 2012 we opened our first nursery. Today, KMK Kinderzimmer has over 30 locations that provide over 4,000 children a second home. After delivering first-class education and care in Germany for ten years, we are now taking what we do exceptionally well and coming over to the UK shores. **The Setting**

Housed in a beautifully historic building, our nursery is at the heart of Berkhamsted. The site boasts tall ceilings and light-flooded spaces, with large symmetrical rooms that create a warm and welcoming environment. With a capacity of 92 children across all age groups, the nursery is bespoke in design, and provides a safe and nurturing environment for early years. Our central dining room offers the perfect space for baking, experimenting with food and engaging in messy play, while our growing space in the garden encourages children to learn about the natural world. **What will you be doing?**

The brand-new nursery setting gives you the opportunity to shape every aspect from the ground up Your responsibilities include;
- Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environment.
- Deliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Lead a team of exceptional people towards a common goal.
- Have experience with business and commerce elements of the Nursery runnings.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance procedures.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with parents, colleague, children and external partners

**What we’re looking for**

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for experienced leaders to join us;
- Must be Level 3 qualified or above.
- Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager or similar.
- A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.
- An inspirational Nursery manager that can develop a high performing team
