With this in mind, we are now recruiting for a Junior Graphic / UI Designer to join our team through this period of growth. Our team sits at the very front end of this Financial Services business creating/designing a range of assets, both digital and graphic based. We produce world class artwork with a phenomenal reach utilising our companies ‘partnership based’ set up involving a wide variety of industry and household names.

Our **Junior Graphic / UI Designer **would ideally have at least 1 year’s commercial professional experience. Working under our and alongside our existing Design Team which sits within our Digital Function. Our function houses both the Design and Development team and this role will give you the opportunity to work with talented developers, designers and marketeers across all levels of our organisation as well as work with household name brands such as The Telegraph, Aviva, Compare The Market, Royal London and many more.

**Responsibilities for the Junior Graphic / UI Designer**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting department within a rapidly growing business. We are a dynamic, supportive and welcoming team. We work in fortnightly sprints which enables you to complete your work in an organised and transparent process.

Working under our Senior Graphic and Product Designers, you will be responsible for helping us with the creation of both graphic and digital assets. This role will allow you to develop your professional skills with the appropriate design guidance with supporting brand/style guidelines. Your work will include but not be limited to poster and brochure design, print advertorial and UI/UX wireframing/prototypes.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following:

- Understanding of agile working practices
